Returns & Subscription Cancellations
All sales are final per your agreement at purchase.
Terms of Subscription Renewal for memberships
Monthly Lindsay Dam subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated price at checkout until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. \
Terms of Payment Plans for Group Programs
Payment Plan payments are automatically charged on the date established at check out. Client is held responsible and agrees to make payments on time until the payment plan is fulfilled. Late payments are subject to late fees of $25 per late payment.
Personal Checks
Personal checks are not accepted for any product, membership or service at LindsayDam.com.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that Lindsay Dam, including but not limited to Lindsay Dam Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content and social media used to implement Lindsay Dam Services, including but not limited to Lindsay Dam brands LindsayDam.com and Sacred Sisterhood, Divine Wayfinder Mastermind, Divine Feminine Rising, and any other program created and distributed by Lindsay Dam, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Lindsay Dam and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Lindsay Dam services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Lindsay Dam services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Lindsay Dam. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Lindsay Dam Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Lindsay Dam brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Lindsay Dam and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Lindsay Dam products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Lindsay Dam at any time without notice. In no event will Lindsay Dam be liable for making these changes. Lindsay Dam may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Lindsay Dam services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to Lindsay Dam (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Lindsay Dam and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF Lindsay Dam, EXCEPT FOR USE OF Lindsay Dam AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
Lindsay Dam, the Lindsay Dam logo, other Lindsay Dam trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos or brands such as LindsayDam.com or Sacred Sisterhood (et al), used in connection with Lindsay Dam are trademarks or registered trademarks of Lindsay Dam in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Lindsay Dam Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
