How to Journal Yourself Rich and Manifest 10k in 30 days
I’ve used journaling as a regular practice for several years now (how has it been several years already?!) and a couple years ago I started doing something a little differently. I have cried my eyes out at many a journal entry and breakthrough I’ve had about subconscious blocks and stories I was holding onto from childhood that held me back from stepping into the woman I saw myself becoming in my dreams, I’ve downloaded life changing techniques and courses by putting pen to paper, and I’ve forgiven…
Oh have I forgiven! A couple years ago I started doing something a little differently.
I started using specific journaling prompts and exercises during launches in my business and in life in general. I didn’t realize it at first but recently I had a huge A-HA! moment.
