YOU ARE ALREADY A STAR...

When I first heard Deepak Chopra talk live just about 2 years ago he blew my mind within the first 10 minutes. Like, full on head explosion.

I had started to explore the notion that we are all made of bits of stardust because truly, we are all part of the same Universe, why WOULDN’T we be made of the same things? And within the first few minutes of this talk Deepak had shown that science has actually shown that we are, in fact, made up of particles of billions of pieces of stardust from many different galaxies. HOW COOL IS THAT?! I get so geeked out when science catches up with woo (insert laugh face emoji here)

A few months prior I had received a downloaded meditation, I call it the Stardust Meditation, from source and had been using it daily. I found myself manifesting clients and money so easily and from such unexpected sources. Tax refunds I had no idea were coming simply showed up in my bank account. Inspiring messages from followers all over the world were appearing daily. I manifested my dream house a block off the beach in San Diego. Incredible men were showing up out of the wood works. It was like whatever I wanted simply appeared. And of course, when I wouldn’t do this meditation… when I got disconnected and… dense (you’ll find out what I mean by that in the meditation) it was like the flow just stopped.

But as quickly as I began doing the Stardust meditation I started manifesting with so much ease and grace all over again.

Everything just HAPPENS.

After a few months of practicing this within myself I introduced it to my mastermind clients.. and then to my following.
